About

I’m Emilia Lapinska.
My work is shaped by a lifelong relationship with movement, creativity, and the body’s intelligence.

FieldBody grew from years of listening to sensation, to expression, and to what the body knows before words. It is a grounded, experiential practice that supports presence, clarity, and ease in the body, allowing people to meet life with more confidence and choice.

Movement was my first language. I danced before I had words, often outdoors, with trees as my first audience. Creativity was part of everyday life. Sewing at the kitchen table with my mother and working with fabric, texture, and form shaped how I understand expression as communication rather than performance.

I’ve lived through experiences that disrupted my sense of safety and continuity in my body. I witnessed violence, survived a home invasion, and lived through long periods of depression, anxiety, and collapse. These experiences brought me into direct contact with what the mind cannot resolve and how deeply the body carries what has not yet completed. They are why I work slowly, with care, and with deep respect for pacing. My work is shaped by this lived understanding and by the necessity of restoring safety from the inside out.

My background includes training in somatic movement and expressive arts. I am a graduate of the Tamalpa Institute and hold advanced certification in Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC).

It is a practice I continue to live and deepen.
