About Me
My path into this work wasn’t linear — it emerged through lived experience, personal unraveling, and a deep longing to understand what lies beneath pain, survival, and transformation.
Long before I began formally studying somatics and expressive arts, I found myself in the midst of intense life experiences that opened something unexpected in me. What at first felt like collapse slowly revealed itself as initiation — into the body’s wisdom, into the language of emotion, into the unseen layers of healing. I found myself navigating a deep, inner process that asked me to listen — not with my thinking mind, but through the body.
In 2018, a powerful energetic awakening opened the door to a different kind of knowing. Since then, the path has been one of remembering, unlearning, and becoming more fully myself.
My studies at the Tamalpa Institute with Daria Halprin have given shape and language to what I had already begun to feel — that the body is not separate from our emotions, memories, or imagination. That movement and art-making can be profound gateways into healing.
Training in Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) with Dr. Melanie Salmon offered me another key: working with the subconscious to gently shift long-held patterns and beliefs.
Alongside these teachings, my own daily practices — meditation, breathwork, yoga, energy work, and dance — continue to anchor and inform the way I live and work. Not as routines or rituals, but as ways of staying in relationship with aliveness, with mystery, and with truth.
This is not a path I’ve simply studied — it’s one I’ve walked. What I offer is shaped by what I’ve lived, and by a deep reverence for the body’s capacity to heal, create, and remember its wholeness.
