1:1 Sessions — $175 for 90 minutes (offered via Zoom)
Each session is personal, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are — helping you reconnect with your body, presence, and what’s alive inside.
A limited number of supported-rate sessions are available for those in acute financial need. If this applies to you, please reach out — we can explore what’s possible together.
Payment & Booking
Your session is reserved once payment is received. I accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo, with payment due prior to your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least a 24 hour notice so I can offer the time to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full fee.
